Qualifying products* purchased online through flypackgear.com may be returned within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Exchanges are not available, only the option of return. All shipping costs for returned merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer; however, exceptions may apply if the reason for the return is due to a technical or logistical error on the part of Flypackgear.

All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed, and in a condition suitable for resale, with the original hang tags attached. A purchase receipt from flypackgear.com is also required. Once our warehouse receives your returned merchandise, processing will begin.
